Bad customer service, haven’t received my watch strap after one month and they’re trying to tell me that it has been delivered when it categorically has not. There’s no photographic proof of delivery and this company operates from China, it’s very frustrating. I’ve had a huge inconvenience and I am still out of pocket. Really irritating when all I wanted was a new watch strap for my watch! Do not use this company.
