Absolutely terrible !! I would definitely not buy from this company again. I suggest you avoid them too. I have waited for 2 months for my watch strap to arrive. I have emailed them repeatedly and not once have they responded. After checking their reviews online away from their website I discovered this was quite a normal behaviour for this company so I’d be very careful when ordering if I was you !!
