Jewellery should be very intentionally packaged to accommodate for the delicateness of each piece

When I originally ordered it said it would be shipped in 5-6 business days however I didn't receive the packed until weeks later. Very disappointed with how long it took to receive the items give I was told it would arrive in a much quicker time frame.

My order never came and customer service was no help.

Didn’t realize this was drop shipment from China took several weeks. Nothing came in a nice box will never order from here again. Everything is flimsy and thin.

Shipping time was insanely long. Little response to my concerns. 2 months for delivery. Completely missed the holiday it was intended for. When I asked about the item there was no follow up beyond, "I'll look into it. " worst online shopping experience I've had in a long time.

One of my free necklace and bracelet set were not included in my package and I sent an email about that as well as one of the necklace I bought the gem had broken and was not attached to the necklace.

The presentation and quality of the jewelry leave much to be desired. Too expensive for the quality offered.

I never received my order, and customer service is denying there is an issue despite it not moving on tracking for more than 3 weeks

Trying to make a return and nowhere on the website is there an address to return with instructions. I am still waiting on an email reply of an address. Yet you say there’s only 14 days to return. It seems to be taking that long just for you to reply to the email.

I was expecting the items sooner, instead it took over 4 weeks to arrive. Also, the pieces of jewelry are too perfect for them not to come in separate boxes. I ordered 10 pieces and they came in 2 boxes. I expected a better and more deliciated service.

You could start by sending me my whole order and not ignoring my several emails requesting a replacement to be sent or a refund.

Empty box, refused to refund- they delivered 3 weeks late and when I reported it as empty they took 3 days to get back to me wondering why I threw an empty box away. They said no evidence but honestly I would not waste your money on this company. They’re not understand or accommodating for their honest mistakes.

This was my first time buying from this brand and I will not be buying from them again. It was so inconvenient to resize the watch because the tool that came with the watches were so awful that I didn’t even bother with the other two after the gem broke on my first watch. Should’ve definitely shopped somewhere else.
