SCAM pretending to be “Italian”. Watch came straight from china with a weird SKMEI label on the face which looks so tacky and Amazon sells for $35

My package was shipped to the wrong address despite confirmation from the team that it was changed. Customer service has yet to respond. Overall deeply disappointed with this experience.

It was good, it just takes a while to come which is expected, needs better packaging because the necklace and bracelet got tangled and it was a bit of a hassle to get the knot out but other than that good.

I'm so disappointed because the Serpente watch arrived to me with one of the crystals missing. This was supposed to be a gift for my mother on her birthday. This is unacceptable!

I love the watch! Shipping updates were really good too, but it did take a little bit of time to get here. Also, the watch arrived with a dead battery so I need to get it fixed somewhere which will cost more money, and that’s a little disappointing.

My first shipment got lost in the process some how, but they were very understanding and sent me another one asap. Besides some of my pieces coming together tangled, I really enjoy the jewelry! It’s definitely a lot thinner and daintier than I thought though too. Hopefully it lasts and doesn’t break or turn my skin green

The item i ordered and the free item i received both came tarnished and for the price i payed for a single hand chain im disappointed that it tarnished

the tracker wasn't loading properly every time i checked and the product arrived tangled with the other jewelry i ordered but it was fine

Shipment took longer than expected and the product packaging wasn’t protective of pieces. 4 jewelry pieces I received were all tangled upon arrival due to them being in one small box. For the price I expected a higher quality of care.
