CADDUCI IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!! DO NOT BUY THEIR JEWELRY!!!!!! I purchased a few watches and bracelets that arrived at the end of September, and after seeing advertisements on Tiktok where the founder of Cadduci spoke on his products—I was really excited! They appeared to be beautiful online. BUT after a month of light wear of their Dolce Incontro Bracelet, this bracelet has tarnished and is showing copper/pink shining through the metal. I cannot emphasize enough how little I wore this bracelet throughout the month—I can count on one hand how many times I have worn this bracelet. And I never wore it when I was exercising, showering, or doing anything that might harm the material (even though the website boasts their jewelry is waterproof). Well, Caducci’s website indicates underneath every product description that these jewelry pieces have a “Lifelong Color Warranty” and that they are “Waterproof and Everlasting.” So I reached out to Cadduci to see what they had to say about my piece, as it clearly wasn’t holding up to the high standards they proudly boast online: “Each piece of jewelry in our collection is a testament to art, meticulously crafted to stand the test of time.” Is the Meticulously Crafted in the room with us? The emails I received back from Cadduci support were unfortunately incredibly predictable and disappointing. Their response was to let me know that the Lifelong Color Warranty is a coverage benefit that EXCLUSIVELY applies to items purchased at FULL PRICE. Now, I bought my items on sale. (Although the sale prices were still too much to be paying for this garbage). But GUESS WHAT? EVERY SINGLE ITEM ON THEIR WEBSITE IS ON SALE, AND HAS BEEN EVERY TIME I HAVE LOOKED AT THEIR SITE SINCE SEPTEMBER!!!!! If all of their items are ALWAYS on sale, then NOBODY can use their supposed “Lifetime Color Warranty!” They are full of bullsh*t!!!!!!! Cadduci is scamming everyone who purchases from them with all these shiny promises stated everywhere you look on their website, and you’re getting your item on sale so you think it must be a good deal!!! BUT THEIR SALES NEVER END, because they NEVER WANT TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR LIES ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!!!!! Do NOT buy from Cadduci. Save yourself the money and disappointment. The jewelry that I received was NOT made from premium-grade stainless steel and coated using 18k gold-plating. If it was, it would not have dulled to a brassy color within a few days of wearing it. It has a pink shine coming through the metal, which indicates copper. This jewelry is cheap and Cadduci is deceptive. Their reasoning for the photos I provided them was “normal oxidation, skin pH, exposure to lotions, perfumed, or environmental factors can gradually affect appearance over time.” Remember how basically no time has passed? And I was wearing other jewelry at the time of wearing their bracelet, and no “normal oxidation” took place on those pieces-just Cadduci’s. How extremely predictable they have no semblance of accountability.
