It took weeks to ship despite being marked as shipped. Marking it shipped immediately and then letting it sit in a warehouse in China for 2 weeks makes it impossible to cancel the order which is really disgusting business practice. Then you have a garbage return policy for an item that in of itself is garbage. The watch ships from China, but you want me to mail it back to Milan for 50% store. Credit is nonsense.
