The return process is deceptive and unrealistic. If you remove the plastic wrap to evaluate whether the band has any scratches, it voids the return policy. I do not feel I had an adequate chance to evaluate the watch's condition before necessarily voiding the return policy. This is not a company that takes care of customers and provides good service.

The website was easy to navigate and find the right watch. Purchase was smooth and shipping was quicker than I expected. Great communication with photos of the watch when it was ready to ship.

Royal mods needs better communication for their orders when their customer has to wait. It took about a month, but it was very hard for me to know what the status of my order was.

No communication and it took way too long to receive.

It was a Facebook purchase and it was everything that was advertised.
