I was talking to a rep via email because your emailed link to cancel the subscription I never agreed to would only give me an error. She would not assist me in canceling and wouldn't do it for me. I wanted to purchase 2 bottles buy one get one free but couldn’t find where to do that on the website. So I chose 1 bottle and expected that it would be changed at the checkout. This wasn’t the case. So, I only received one. When I messaged customer service to get my second bottle sent to me I was told I couldn’t have a second bottle because I didn’t select that during the purchase of my order.
Be wary! If I bought one I should have been able to get a second one if they are offering this deal.
