It was OK but shipping was slow.

I am surprised you sent me this review when i have been communicating with you re not receiving the Air Fryer we ordered. The one we received has a Teflon bottom grate not stainless and the Air Fryer model is not as shown in your Facebook add. Very disappointed Chef Solutions has not responded If this can't be resolved the correct model and specification dispatched to us in a timely manner, we want a full refund and we will send back this inferior Air Fryer. Await your favorable response

I found the delivery a little slow

I love the product. It took a while to get here. I was hoping to give it to my mother for Mother's Day, fortunately, it arrived before her birthday, so I was able to give it to her later.

I have emailed twice regarding my order #81936 and have not received a response. I ordered two oil dispensers bottles dark with black lids and two dark bottles with green lids, however I received four dark bottles with black lids. How do I get the two bottles with the green lids?

You sent me an air fryer with a teflon coated 'toxic' tray instead of the stainless steel one shown in your ads then brushed off my enquiry. The whole reason I bought it was you marketed it as non-toxic then send me a teflon coated one??

It’s a good product albeit a little small. Would be good if it held a bit more so you didn’t have to refill often.

The shopping experience was fine. The customer service afterwards was none existent.

The oil dispensers work just fine, but I would have been a lot happier to receive the color I ordered The choice of green was very specific...the one color I definitely wanted, and I didnt get it...I was sent black instead

I just received two of the same coloured bottles and same coloured lids when I should have received one black and one green of the bottles and lids. The spray function doesn't work on one of the two lids. No response when I sent an email with my order number.

Shopping was easy but the product was broken when it arrived.
