Not great. There is no access to a customer service number. I have requested a refund to return the damaged grater and no one has responded. I tried canceling a subscription and it's not allowed until I meet the required purchase. This is not a good way to do business forcing customers to buy products from a company that has a lack of customer service resources and slow response times in addressing customer issues.
