Never received my order

Terrible

Horrible customer service. Ordered a three pack of the gun mounts only received two. I’ve sent multiple emails and still haven’t gotten a response.

Shipping was fast cumunication was good.

I purchased two items and never received them. I sent Vulcan an email regarding this and they did not respond. I spent $90 on their products. That is the last time I'll buy something off an instagram ad.

Never received my order. I called and emailed and Never got a response. They charged me, and left me hanging. Very frustrating

No word from the company about when my order will arrive and it has been a month since I ordered it. It says that it still hasn't shipped when I check the tracking number.

Your shipping and customer service sucks. Almost 3 months for delivery of an in stock product. Multiple attempts to reach out to customer service via email and phone and never even got a response. Refuse to order again and will share that experience.

I sent 2 emails in ~late December asking for an update on an order that was already ~6weeks late. Those emails were not responded to.

Will never buy from them again.

Terrible experience, beyond terrible customer service. Will be reporting to the better business bureau. And looking into reporting as fraud with my bank.

Couldn’t find a customer service number and they never responded to any of the multiple emails I had sent for an order update. Took two months to receive this with ZERO communication.

Horrible! I will never order anything from your company again. Your so called Customer Service Department is pathetic they never respond to emails and your service stinks! Two and a half months to receive an order is ridiculous!

ZERO response from customer service after 3 months and 4 emails. I was forced to call my credit card company and start a claim for the product not being delivered. Only after the claim was started did they finally process and ship my unit. I also tried emailing to ask a general question, from a separate email addy, just to see if Vulcan would respond. Nothing. No response ever from Vulcan. I do not expect now or ever, moving forward, to ever get any product support or communication from them.

No communication, I covered all this in my other explanation. The whole deal was a mess. Nothing went right.

Terrible customer service. They never reply to emails, and took them 2 1/2 months to send the terrible product.

Don’t recommend this company or its products. They don’t care about the customer once the purchase has been made. Would recommend for anyone who is looking at any products from Vulcan to go with a competitor. They don’t answer any emails or take calls. Don’t waste your hard earned money with these people

The same reasons I stated before. It took 2 months to receive this product and there was no way for me to cancel the order. After multiple attempts to ask for a status update, I never heard back from anyone. There is no phone number to call and all customer service inquiries must be done through email - which nobody seems to monitor. This was my third time buying a mount from Vulcan and it will be my last.

I will never order from you again. Taking 4 months for your order is ridiculous. Customer service sucks!!!!!

Horrible customer service! Took 2 months to receive what I ordered & they never responded to any of my emails. They also don’t have a contact number posted to call. The product was good but I’ll be ordering from somewhere more dependable.

Don’t bundle your items like a McDonald’s happy meal. Poor and deceptive to make me purchase things I don’t want.

Non responsive and did not lay enough postage for the item so the post office left a payment receipt for me.
