One downside with ordering is that the customer has to pay for any returns, and you don't have a policy that allows you to run outdoors in the shoe to make sure you like it. I suggest reconsidering this policy so more folks would be willing to try your shoes. I have friends that decided NOT to try them because of these reasons - too risky.
