I've just explained it. Received wrong product, but no exchange or refund yet despite 8+ back and forth emails. Had to send pictures twice. Was offered everything from store credit to partial refund, and was even told that I would have to pay to send back the (wrong!!!!) product for a full refund. I was eventually promised a full refund, but have to received it yet, and have no way to trace it. Would have given it zero stars if I could.
