I would never buy direct from anycubic again. Evri lost package weeks ago, I did all the leg work and got confirmation from evri that they had lost it, informed anycubic, and they insisted, despite the evidence otherwise, me that it wasn't lost, just delayed and to keep waiting. Had I bought it from a third party I'd have one by now. Sadly for anycubic, the work 3d printing section of which I run, has decided to go a different direction and have bought from creality instead.

Since the 1st of April, I have made two suggestions to resolve this (a replacement machine or 2x LCD screens) both of which were dismissed out of hand. Since requesting a refund the communication back from Customer Services has slowed considerably (I assume with the intent to drag this out beyond 30 days) but as my request for a full refund due to faulty machinery was well inside this, I intend to pursue this to it's fullest.
