Over two weeks later and part of my order still hasn’t even been shipped. The order was split into three deliveries, all with different couriers, creating chaos and delays. No communication, no accountability, no urgency. This company clearly doesn’t care once they’ve taken your money. Avoid at all costs.

I tried to return the product (with the 14 day no reason return guarantee) but the support team has been stalling the process, refusing to give me the return instruction.
