Very easy. I actually made a mistake in purchasing the books, I bought “e-books” and I wanted actual paperback books. The author was very gracious in refunding the original purchase and I then purchased the paperbacks. The price on the ebooks was much better but because I share my books with my sisters these will earn the price paid. I own a small business and I know the cost to run one and it’s much greater than most people think so kudos to the author for running that himself.
