There was over a week after I approved the picture that is went to the printer and didn't hear anything. I emailed customer service. The looked into it for me and it had already shipped. I didn't get the tracking email till after it was delivered. But all turned out well in the end.

They did not keep me informed about the status of my order or when it was mailed when I asked the first time I did not get a response and the second time it said I have to log into my account to see so then I was able to do it, but it took several weeks. The communication could’ve been much better.
