You changed the product quickly. That willingness to improve was so impressive. They also only cost $59.95 each This is $69.99, poor placement of the head and I’m supposed to have it printed myself!! Turn me Royal help please!!! I am a very unhappy customer

The print to ship time was pretty quick, but the box it was shipped in was thin and flimsy, and arrived damaged. FedEx is a terrible shipping company. Somewhere in route, the box was warped, and it damaged the wood frame of the print, so the picture was twisted.
