I did have one concern. When my portrait was shipped i never received the email that gave me the tracking number so i had no idea the portrait was shipped. All i knew feom logging into your websight was that my portrait was still in the “production phase” and that as soon as it was shipped i would be getting an email that my order had been shipped along with the tracking number. Other than that. We did finally locate the shipment and it arrived in time for Christmas. Thank you!
