We had a billing issue as well. I brought it to your attention when my bank declined payment $213.00.

The unit doesn't have strong enough vibration and doesn't stay charged very long and didn't come with a charger.

It's been positive. I contacted you for assistance with the back massager and the order numbers for the foot and back and the assistance was very helpful. Again, the use of the equipment has not been long so I'll provide a more positive feedback after I've used the equipment long enough.

ordering was easy; however, the expedited shipping was a waste of money. took over a month to receive my order.

Product is so small, like for a child's foot. The product seems to overheat. I didn't see any improvement in swelling. I view this product as a waste of my money. Also, the card used to purchase the product was compromised shortly after I ordered. I would love a refund but for the hassle.

I can’t use it because the battery is not able to rcharger it remove it to be replaced.

They charged my card before I completed watching the upgrade video. When I asked to cancel was told It was too late because it was in processing only an hour later. They still didn't ship for 4 days got a 25% discount. I want to return the devices and get the remainder of my money back.

Easy and informative

Aly phone customer service rep was borderline rude. It was obvious that he really didn't want to accommodate me. Return policy is difficult...then restock fee..then mandatory 90 days before return can start unless a reason for a return like customer safety.

Not as advertised. Did nit meet expectations.

The Foot Renews took over 3 weeks to arrive...a very long delivery time IMO. Also, the cables sent with them were the wrong kind and I had to contact customer service many times in order to rectify that problem. Fortunately, I was able to find cables that I already had that would work to recharge them.
