I've canceled my membership as I didn't like being charged a monthly fee.

There wasn't directions sent. It there was the point was so fine you could not make it out. Sorry. Impossible to read

You tried to charge me double the price and it’s a good thing my credit card company alerted me. I will still check my statement if it is charged I will report it as fraud.

I didn’t know it would take nearly a month from the time I ordered the device before I would receive it. It taught me to check the reviews of companies before ordering anything from Facebook advertising.

Feels like a scam to some degree

Before you could place the order there was a mandatory advertisement you had to watch. After 7 mins I closed the screen and they sent an email with a link to complete my order without watching another ad

Shipping was fine. The product itself is barely a 1 star.

I've had nerve surgery while waiting to receive my order I had hoped to use your product instead.

Doesn't work

It has been an awful experience.

The site does not work well. I did not know if I had actually purchased the machine or not. Thr site also forced me to watch a 2nd video after I purchased the machine. So I just hung up. It was mentioned hanging up may cause another charge. I did get an unauthorized charge for $19.99 which i reported ad fraudulent to my bank.

So far so good. It just took longer than I expected because it came from China directly I would think that you would have product available to ship from a distribution location in the USA. Hopefully in the future this will be an option.

You sent me two orders and I only ordered one. So I need to return both. 803-800 and wrong order 803-814. The total refund is 151.92. Please give me instructions on how to return product.

Did not appreciate big sale promotion and then as soon as you purchase product, get notice that that one you ordered is not the best and you should pay more to get one that really does the job.

My shopping experience was terrible with rejuveni care. I was only looking at items next thing.I know I was told I was ordering them.\nAnd it could not be canceled the order.So I wish to return them.Please send me a returning label for these two packages

The buying of the item was a nightmare it took so long to get thru all the upscale bullshit. I didn’t appreciate that

Pushy, dishonest.

I am not happy!. The massager never worked. The module had been charging for over 4 hours when after opening the package and read the directions. I took the module and placed it in its pocket. I turned it on and 15m appeared. After that nothing. So I put it back on the charger for about 1-2 hours and repeated the procedure. Again nothing and it was fully charged. Please instruct me on how to return the product and request a refund. Adrienne Andrews
