I didn’t need one for each shoulder. Since you short changed me on the body strap, I can’t use both at the same time. I’m half inclined to dispute the charge since you didn’t give me what I paid for.
In addition, your hardcore sales tactics were over the top. I went to buy it and you held me hostage until I listened to a sales pitch. I was told not to back out because I may be charged twice. So then you want me to buy a red light then a vibration thing, then the extension strap. It doesn’t work
