My email correspondence has been good. The marketing experience was horrible because their were so many upgrades to go through and it ended up messing up my original order.

It has not reduced the swelling in my ankle like advertised. Been a week and a half and still the same.

Unit will not hold a charge

I did not like and almost canceled due to the repeated upsell after deciding to try it. The sales pitch is too long and repetitive and almost lost me thinking it must be a scam. Still hopeful it will help. Also have my wife trying it on her arthritis ankle.

I was totally put off by the video following my putting all my information in including my credit card and then unable to get out of it.

I Called several times to cancel. On the 2nd day after ordered. Told already shipped. Didn’t get here for almost 3 weeks Need your return address

It was horrible. Your website sucks. Wouldn’t let me upgrade to the new one before. I actually purchased these phone. Talk with you before the email that I sent you over and over and over and never got response to fell on deaf ears. The simple part is I would’ve upgraded, but I’m not going to upgrade for the price. They are now so I’m stuck with these because I’m not paying to have them returned. They need to fix the customer service email Support they’re sleeping or something.

I only give 1 star because I can't give 0 stars! Doesn't do anything claimed in the ad and video I viewed before purchasing 2 units! Have followed the recommended use for foot and ankle/leg swelling and have found no improvement! On top of everything else, I haven't used my credit card for more than 7 months and less than 2 weeks after purchasing from this company, I was alerted to attempted fraudulent use of my card and the card was subsequently made unusable. This makes it very difficult to return for refund. Report to FTC if refund refused

Awful. It’s simple honor your return policy or just say you don’t have one.

Very excellent marketing! The Dr. doing the talking , had me sold on trying the product and then he began, talking about the 2.0 . He sad he was going to talk 2 minutes, and what soon became obviously more than that ,I was going to cancel the order because I felt like he didn’t honor what he said in his talk,for time!. I had already been charged for the products , so I didn’t try any further to cancel the order. I hope my expectations are realized. It was slow coming. I guess it’s made in China

Please allow refund. I am returning the RejuvaCare product.

Very confusing

Just a couple of days after placing my order my credit card started to get strange charges on it. I cancelled the card and got the charges reversed but given all the other places I used it I can't help but think this was the source of the leak
