Shopping experience. I just wanted to make the purchase but their website went on and on and on with other products I should try.

Free returns were mentioned in the video when ordering, and no questions asked. I am very dissatisfied. I should be happy that some of the items I tried to order didn't make it into my order

Customer Service was excellent which is not the norm. I was happily surprised.

I had the product delivered to my job after my package was stolen from my porch. The carrier delivered my package in great care and delivered directly to me. Thank you Rejuvacare!!!

I called and was told I have to keep it 60 days before I can return it. I wrote two emails and still have not received a response to my request to return it for a refund. I’m also requesting a prepaid mailing label for the return.

TWICE I have received the wrong product. They claim it has air compression but it does not. I am tired of paying to ship back their mistakes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every follow up email from your company requests feedback on the Rejuvaknee product. We did not order, nor receive, the Rejuvaknee. We got the triple method shoulder massager. The company doesn't even know which product they sent. We have been bombarded by emails from your company with requests for incentivized reviews, sales pitches for every possible medical ailment with your company's solution. Your own instruction manual contradicts itself. The QR code in the owner's manual is deactivated so you can't see how to properly attach the device. So far, i feel like I fell for some snake oil. I was promised a quick, efficient, easy, free return process and complete satisfaction. This has not been my experience so far.

Yes I would like to return it but I need to know what I have to do to return it
