I had to contact your customer service because the information on your ad was confusing. If you upgraded to the new improved product, it didn't say you would be paying for the cost of the original ones plus the upgraded cost. That needs to be addressed in your ad. When I saw the cost on my credit card, I was shocked! I called and talked to one of your representatives who credited my account and got everything done in a timely manner.

See my previous long list of concerns regarding the product. Shopping online was a nightmare as there were numerous very long videos required to complete my order and I finally gave up after I found out that it had been processed almost instantly while forcing me to listen to long videos trying to get me to buy a more expensive version.
