My product arrived pretty soon after I ordered it.

Initial issue with the ordering website and the young lady could not help me. I finally got a young man who took good care of me.

When contacted customer service about not receiving my order correctly it was taken care of quickly and efficiently

I am finding the return instructions difficult for me to follow. A simple return should not be so complicated and burdensome. Problem understanding restocking fee.

Like I said, I thought I was getting a bargain at $99.95 when it is available on Amazon for $74.95. Not nice. What can you do about it.

The band is not setup as your directions and picture describe they should be, therefore I am not safe it is to use. Fur this reason I requested a full refund.

I will think twice before I order anything else.

I found the add online by accident. I read all the info and consulted with my wife.. She said it sounds like it's what you need, so I ordered. I've been using them for about a week now and I can put my shoes on now and I'm my legs are getting better and better.

online ordering was confusing. I selected 1 unit, which I thought was 1 'pair', but was actually onl 1 single foot unit I wanted a PAIR, so I did not select the 2x selection (because I thought that was 2 PAIR) . also, when I got to the end, after saying YES to the Rejuvacare 2.0 model AND the RED light option, AND the CREAM, it then wanted me to purchas the BEET supplement, which I did not want. so I clicked I clicked the wrong button and deleted the entire order!! yikes

Sadly, this is a really fouled up company.

I haven't got to try foot renew yet because I can't charge the batteries. You included the wrong wires for charging. No USB plug-in end.
