I ordered two of the comfort fit seamless wireless bra 2.0. I received 2 bras that only have 2 hooks in the back (the photo online shows 3 hooks) and the straps are sewn into place. I cannot criss-cross the straps in the back like I wanted to be able to. The photos online show that I should be able to cross the straps in the back.
