There was a promo code at the time, that wasn’t not working for me. When I emailed customer service, they waited a whole day to respond and by the time they responded, the promo was over. There was no offer to resolve the issue. In addition, the cage took over a week to ship.

I love Kavee products and their customer service is speedy and helpful, however I only had to extend my 4x2 to 5x2 and I had to buy way more than I actually needed because of the base amount of grids, connectors, and plastic bases that are minimally required to buy. For example, I needed 4 grids and had to buy 8. Otherwise great quality products and I’m so glad that this company understands the needs of these more niche pets!
