US customers, please be aware that your order will go through customs. There was a significant delay in receiving my order because of this, I had to fill out forms and provide my Social Security number and, once I received my $600+ order, I was billed an additional $200+ from FedEx for shipping! I will say, customer service is polite, especially considering I had an attitude when speaking to them due to my frustration. But I won’t be placing another order with Kavee.
