Could have done better as a company to update customers on their orders. Weeks went by where I was checking the site and it was stuck on “order placed” status. My mailbox is not anywhere near my house and they were not going to deliver it to my doorstep so it was a nightmare trying to figure out when my order would arrive. Fragrances go bad in extreme heat and I know mine went bad due to lack of notice from anyone as to when it would be arriving. I kept getting “in a couple of days” answers.
