The reason I couldn't rate higher was the shipping & packaging. I received a disproportionately large box packed full with paper stuffing all for a 1.5ml vial and envelope the size of a business card. Having to pay $24.00 in shipping for what amounts to a box of recycling/garbage is extremely frustrating and very wasteful on the part of the vendor. For this reason I cannot rate higher, nor would I purchase from the vendor again.
