A truly disappointing experience...the powder, strips and whitening pen didn't work. I think this was just a clever marketing campaign with no effect on my teeth whatsoever despite using the products correctly. When submitting my claim fit a full refund, clearly showing before and after photos of no change and clearly dated....I only was offered 50 per cent refund. There was no explanation of why I didn't meet the criteria for a full refund. I feel like I've been scammed.
