It too really long to get the two bras I ordered.

Nothing against the company; product just didn’t fit my body.

The quality of the bra is very poor. Within six weeks of wearing the underwire worked its way through the fabric and was coming out. There wasn’t much structure to the bra. It took forever to get the bra as it came directly from China.

Very good customer service. Horrible product.

Need to return. Process not as easy as Amazon returns

The items took 2 weeks to arrive though it said 6 days on the website

Unable to return! Feels like a scam. Shame on me for not reading the policy, but I have NEVER heard of a policy for bras that does not allow returns. Seriously??

Not what was advertised

That will depend on my ability to return this order. The sizing charge is incorrect as it recommends a larger band size resulting in a poor fit. I have contacted customer service regarding a return/refund, but I have not heard back from them.

I have been attempting to initiate a return and have been offered another bra….. no…. And $14 on a $70+order. I am completely disappointed with this whole process. I would never recommend this brand or company.

Misrepresented product online. Couldn't get a refund after purchasing 2 bras. I paid $75.00 and only received $22.50 in a refund. I will never purchase from this company again.

Items ship from China and shipping took weeks. I received 4 bras from Hilaine today and to say I am disappointed would be a massive understatement. Minimizer bras for full breasts? Are you kidding me? Single layers of flimsy lace or sheer fabric, inaccurately sized with super stretchy non-supportive straps. These bras wouldn't hold up for a B cup, never mind a multiple D. Totally false advertising - do not believe the videos you see.

The bra took a long time to ship. And I wish the return process was much easier.

I am disappointed in the return/refund policy. How am I supposed to find a bra that fits correctly when the sizing tool is not accurate and I cannot exchange for a different size? Customer service was helpful by sending a replacement, but of course it was too small as well because the sizing tool is not accurate.

Your terms of sale are bad as to returns.

The shipping took longer than expected and I was never given even an estimate of when to expect it.
