No customer service at all, poor service from the company!! Would not recommend at all, sent several emails with no response, do not use this company!!!

Delivery took longer than expected

It took a long time.

Its been 5 weeks and order still says preparing shipment. Ive sent emails asking what is happening with no replies. Order placed on 15Nov 2025, advertised as 6 - 12 working days for asrrival. Was ment to be Christmas pressent for my son.

Took forever to arrive and was missing the flints and the fog liquid. When I reached out, they replied with it's common that they get taken out of the package by customs and they would send the flints separately, but that the fog liquid is just water and told me they weren't going to replace that.

No one to answer no one to help me with a refund or someone to send me the fog that was supposed to be delivered with a sword after waiting such a long long period of time it’s ridiculous. This is for a child.

Very unsatisfied with the sword I bought. The flints, and fog liquid came in a separate unmarked package which confused me. Then when I figured out that they went with the sword, I tried asking customer service for help with how to get them into my sword and noone got back to me on how to do that. So I have the sword but no flint sparks effects or fog liquid because there were no instructions given with the sword on how to insert the liquid and flints inside. And customer service didn't not respond to my inquiries about this.

Support doesn’t respond. Didn’t get the promised fluid. Packaging is a joke, extra money for almost nothing. Charging cable is a joke… never ever again.

I had problems with my shipment, I sent several emails asking for help, and have never received any responses or help despite paying for the shipment protection. Unacceptable. Wish I could rate 0. But this product on Amazon instead.

Order came broken & took almost a month to deliver.

Poor no customer service when item is not working

Needs more protection during shipment. Sword was bent where blade meets handle, but I fixed it with super glue. Looks and works just as described.

Came late as they had problems with shipping with flints. Ended up sending 2 parcels.
