Item came well packaged and full tracking was available for delivery. Great quality item, my son loves it!

All my items came late. One sword was broken by the hilt. Very nice swords though.

Never received a tracking number so thought it was a scam. Sent a text for confirmation and received an answer after I had already received the item.

Only received one blade when the ad says x2 and received no response when reaching out.

Emailed to cancel it but still they send

Late arrival, part of the order was missing and I felt like my email response could've been faster.

Can buy just get spammed for review that are not real on products. And you don't deliver what one buys.

Have sent emails with no response. Third party carrier they selected for delivery was unhelpful and would not deliver even when they gave an option that I agreed on.

My whole order was separated into multiple packages, each arriving at different times and days. The smaller things I bought (poster, light-up frame) arrived somewhat quickly, and I am satisfied with those. I also bought two KNY Glowing Nichirins, and that took more than a month for it to be shipped and delivered, which already made it quite disappointing, for me to then find out one of the two Nichirins isn't even working properly, which made it even worse of an experience.

You product says a pair of the item and I only received 1.

Easy purchase. Shipping was a little slow but acceptable.

The company is not legitimate. They refuse to give you the mailing address so you can return the merchandise. And they are too expensive for cheaply made merchandise.

As stated before. I only received half an order and it seems like they are making no effort to respond to my email
