Call never happened. I’ve been having countless issues from a leaking to clumpy ink to nothing working right since setting up the printer through the guidance of the video this company has made available. I’ve spent months trying to get this resolved and I’ve yet to receive through assistance. I’m highly disappointed with the product, service, and customer service.
