As previously stated, I returned the show and have not been updated a lot the status of the return or the status of me refund. I have emailed customer service 3 times with a generic “we will get back to you shortly” response. I am very disappointed as I think the shoes are unique and I was excited to tell my friends about them. However, I will not be recommending this brand due to the terrible customer service and lack of communication.

I bought pairs of shoes I can’t fit, and I can’t return them or get my refund because it’s final sale. You guys should set something up to where we can at least have store credit like fashion nova. It seems like youre just trying to make money more than making sure the customer is satisfied. It’s like here BUY BUY BUY… then BYE. No returns! No refund either, no matter what. Makes me want to go elsewhere to shop. At least then I know if I can’t fit I can return, and buy my size or something else.
