Customer service was very unhelpful. I ordered these shoes specifically for an event, paid extra for shipping and the shoes showed up days after the promised date. They could’ve been sent via a different carrier for the same price, expedited, and could’ve gotten here on time. The cheapest option was used (ground UPS) which is why they were delayed I’m assuming. I was not even refunded the extra I paid in shipping. Complete disappointment and will never shop here again as a result.
