I had issues with shipping, and then I did not like shoe quality, return process is difficult they have to approve. They were kind enough to approve my return, but they don’t allow you to return in stores and charge a $10 return fee. This is a very cumbersome process I imagine them losing a lot of customers due to difficulty of online returns. Better to shop in store to try and view quality and return.
