Always have a great experience with Hooks & Needles.

I love the yarn and the tools provided are great quality. The patterns left a bit to be desired. There wasn’t anything I wanted to make that was also at my experience level, and the basket pattern with this yarn seemed silly. It would never hold its shape with this yarn. Basically the patterns felt simple and uninteresting.

The website has way too many pop-ups when you’re trying to order something. I almost gave up on getting a subscription to begin with because all those pop-ups were aggravating.

I am new to crocheting so I thought I would try your service so that I was given projects.

Easy to order. Like the needle case.

Very happy with my experience overall. I had some concerns with my order arriving on time for Easter, and customer service got right on it. It arrived just in time. So far I have been very pleased with everything. I highly recommend giving the monthly box a try. Each month my daughter is so excited to get something that we haven't been able to find in store. Plus you get new patterns and recipes. A+ for us.

This is my second box. Love the colors and patterns but was not a fan of the mystery yarn package. It would be great if there was an option to select yarn type.

Everything was beautiful. I can’t wait to start.

This was so easy to use and have different levels of crochet.

The amount of yarn included just barely finishes one project. The directions for the bunny were not clesr.

Some of the yarn I wasn’t the biggest fan of just in terms of personal color preference but I do like to surprise of it all

The website is very, very cluttered and difficult to navigate. The clutter especially is very off-putting, as it made me wary of pop-ups and didn't seem all that legitimate. The checkout process took far too long because I was bombarded with multiple pages of add-ons, sales, and ads. The checkout process for a first-time buyer should be more straightforward.
