I found for a beginner the hat is a challenge. Trying to do it in the round without a gap is very hard.

Took a long time for the first box to arrive.

Log in is a pain. A good deterrent for everyone including subscribers

I wish there were better videos for beginners. The videos are really quick so I tend to go to YouTube to watch others to learn how to knit and then go back to what the next steps are.

I've never had so much trouble with a company. they found my account they have my credit card info, address and everything BUT I HAVE NO HOOK TO MAKE ANY THING!!!! What would you do?

As I mentioned before, it would really be helpful to be able to do ANY sort of customization with the monthly boxes. I'd love to have stuff delivered to my door that I didn't always have to hunt for, and seasonal and holiday items would sell like crazy. You have a good idea, and then you blow it with sending this goofy stuff to people that already have most of what you are sending.

Price is a bit much for items in the boxes. Especially when you have already received similar items.

Poor quality Extremely long time shipping Company portrayed as US company, but parts of order received so far are mailed from china 3+ weeks and still have not received my subscription box or and of the craft projects I ordered Will never order from Hooks & Needles again and will share my experience with crafting groups I participate in

I love most of the projects and yarns but I really miss the videos. I thought all the projects would have videos but they stop after second box.

Just waiting for customer service follow up on package 3 of my first shipment. I look forward to hearing from somebody.

I think the box is fun. However, I told them that I'm an advanced crocheter and I got a beginners box. Waste of money.

Overall the experience has been a great way to build my skills.

Overall, the quality of their subscription and the items received was not as expected. I can't recommend for the price charged. Also, the fact that they all ship from international and take forever to arrive just does not convey quality.

Love having everything I need already made available. I have done some knitting over the years but nothing major so it was a great to start up again.

Products are gorgeous! Be aware, it took more than a month to receive. Two of my items came via Hong Kong. My granddaughter loves them.

Quality of patterns is not what I hoped for. Many of the add ons like row counter and stick markers are helpful but I wonder if the value of the box, yarn, and patterns is worth less or more than a trip to the craft store.

Overpriced

Shipping and tracking were not good, took much longer than expected with sporadic updates. Product came directly from China, would not have purchased if I knew that. Overall just not a good experience.
