The box is something to look forward to

the website is easy to use and understand, customer service is beyond exceptional—which is not something you see a lot of in this day and age. Hooks & Needles is a refreshing breath of fresh air.

wish they will have more diverse yarn colors and textures in the boxes .. they seem to have the same yarn and colors each month.

I absolutely love it! So much options for creativity and gives me something to look forward to every month. The patterns are great with written instructions and video tutorials. 10/10 I highly recommend! Whether you’re just beginning or experienced this is a great option.

Customer service was really great

I love the idea of Hooks and Needles. The item quality has been wonderful. I am new to crochet, and the Hooks and Needles gives me great materials to try. Despite this, the projects have been more complex than I expected for a beginner package, and there have not been many projects that I have found interesting. I will stick with it, and hope the project ideas improve.

I liked my box.

Nice quality yarn and hook. Easy to read patterns.

By the time the order came I forgot I had ordered anything and it was time for the next months subscription box. Nevertheless, the yarn is super soft and easy to work with. The additional tools are amazing too! LOVEEEEE the scissors. They can easily cut through layers of yarn even though they're so small. the needles are on point, also love the storage case they came in. The patterns are super easy to follow. Love the extra patterns and recipes that are included.
