Very happy overall with the ordering process and quality of the product. I will say that the instructions for putting the knife block together were inaccurate. The instructions told me to match the appropriate label on each piece to the corresponding spot on the base, but there were no labels or letters on any of the pieces or base. I used a picture to put it together. Other than that, great experience with Jikko and the product.
