I emailed Jikko Customer Service more than once and never received a response. I was inquiring about an email I had received pertaining to a promotion of free knives. If I can not even get a response back in a reasonable amount of time AFTER buying from Jikko then as much as I do love my new knife I doubt I will ever order from again.
