The AI texting thing pretending to be a girl is ridiculous. Clearly nobody is monitoring this, I get texts constantly and it never registers any of my responses. CS was not helpful at all, package took 9 days to be delivered after it took 4 days to ship my package. I would rather pay more somewhere else and not deal with this crap. USPS is the worst mailing service and every other company except you guys offer alternatives. 2one was way better, hyppe is a stupid name too.
