However, had been misled purposely with an email saying that my item had shipped, When it hadnāt. Mistakes can be made & somethings are out of your control but donāt lie. It puts people off. Iāve asked questions of customer service in the past. Never had an acknowledgement. This time as my items hadnāt turned up and eventually broke, I did. But not timely. Really soured my love for JC
