The seat cover was shipped promptly, but I do't believe my email regarding the carry case was ever answered.

The order was easy to place & arrived OK. The instruction video is HORRID - done by an amature and did not work for my car. The straps over the headrest have metal (rubs headrest matrial) and are not long enough for my Tesla Y. I am 4ft 11in, the hammock does not fit well front to back due to my seat being pulled forward. The door covers have NO PLACE to hand since a Tesla has no hand holds. Form core was a surprise. I hope it holds up. Overall it works but not the good fit nor is it padded.

I asked for a number to call y'all to find out where's my product you don't respond. The post office found out that your job sent it back when it was in Baytown never told me a thing about it. My bank is also trying to get a hold of y'all to return my money since y'all are a horrible company and Facebook is also doing an investigation on your company

Easy to buy, fast ship and well packaged

Shipping was quick! The online video is a bit deceptive- this product would not support 2 men jumping on it as shown.

I would like to talk to someone about my concerns but the email address is invalid. I will be speaking to the Better Business Bureau if I cannot get this resolved.

So far it has been good - my dog is large and is very active in the car. We have gone through a couple covers, mostly from the plastic clips, but also zippers being torn out

Items arrived quickly and in good condition

The system was smooth and package tracking was nice. But I will say their ads made me weary this was a scam company (too many, poorly generated AI, etc.). In the end they came through and I am loving the product.

I am not satisfied with the product as it does not fit my vehicle set up, and customer service will not provide me a return label. The shipping cost is outrageous, it’s almost cheaper to keep the item. Not happy at all.

Great product

I like a differnet brand I had much better. I thought I would try yours as I see it a lot on FB. The clips are cheap (the other had plastic and were much more user friendly), the other brand has the zippers on the outside of the courners where yours are on the inside and more diffiucult to zip. Price point was about the same.
