Don't like the return policy. How do I know if it will work for me without trying it on and wearing it? It's never been outside of my house, as I wore it inside and found that it does not support my ankle well enough to keep it from rolling. So, it is basically useless to me, and I'm stuck with it. Other than that, for someone that it is useful for, your process was easy and relatively quick to get the item.
