I only drink decaf and I love it super dark, which is hard to find. I had an amazing cup of coffee at a restaurant in Buffalo and asked where the coffee was from and they directed me to Ember. I was excited to drive up there for a great cup of dark decaf, but when I arrived they said they didn't brew decaf. I had a decaf Americano instead but it was not nearly as good. Other than that my experience was great.
