The bags and kits are fabulous, but sadly I won’t be purchasing from you again due to the poor customer service I’ve received. My black shell Aveline bag arrived without its lining, and when I asked for this to be sent, I was offered 10% off my next order instead. I also had 1,853 reward points, but 1,000 disappeared. Despite contacting customer services, only a small number were restored. I feel my loyalty and custom have not been valued and will be raising this with Head Office
